The SABC-HLP Clinical Translation Platform is dedicated to transforming laboratory discoveries into clinically validated regenerative therapies through standardized translational research and advanced cell-based therapeutic technologies. The platform integrates clinical-grade stem cell processing, treatment protocol development, biomarker monitoring, patient outcome evaluation, and long-term clinical follow-up to establish evidence-based approaches for regenerative medicine. Its primary focus is the development and validation of safe, effective, and reproducible cell therapies that can be adopted in routine clinical practice.
D. Clinical Translation Platform
A major application of the platform is hematopoietic stem cell therapy for the treatment of blood disorders, including hematological malignancies. Working in collaboration with leading clinical experts at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (NIHBT), the platform has contributed to the development and clinical implementation of stem cell-based supportive therapies for cancer patients. Clinical outcomes have demonstrated a substantial improvement in overall survival, reaching 62% compared with 25% using conventional treatment approaches, providing strong evidence for the therapeutic potential of advanced stem cell technologies in oncology and regenerative medicine.
