SABC biobank is developed on two foundations: a foundation of technological expertise and updated international standardization.

SABC experts are the authors of the world's first successful research on rapid embryo freezing, the first sperm freezing for successful infertility treatment in Vietnam, and the implementation of a cell bank to protect biodiversity.

SABC has partnerships with large, reputable cell banks, possesses GMP-cGMP quality core technologies, and operates on a global scale. With the implementing of manufacturing platform according to international standards, SABC' biobank products will be high quality biomaterials established for safe clinical therapy and public healthcare. Cryobank of reproductive cells and tissues includes viable biomaterials for infertility and related reproductive regeneration therapy needs. During the last decade, our scientists have successfully developed advanced reproductive biotechnologies such as artificial insemination, in vitro embryo production, embryo transfer, cryopreservation of gamete and embryo from diferent species. Cryobanking will be developed based on updating new technological innovations and cGMP production conditions.

Cryobank of stem cells and derivatives includes different types of mesenchymal stem cells to serve the preservation needs of the community. It also includes products after cell expansion, differentiation, gene editing... to serve the needs of clinical therapy, drug screening. Updating automatic equipment connected with bioinformatic and digital management system will ensure that HLP products are viable biomaterials of the highest quality for research and clinical therapy. 

Ethnic & public diversity biobank is related to the multi-ethnic characteristics of Vietnam. Vietnam has 54 ethnic groups, including ethnic groups with only a few thousand people (Brau, O Du, Romam, Si La and Pu Peo). SABC cryobank is linked to the international A.I database biobank system and a multi-ethnic preservation program will be implemented for the purpose of spreading the impact of technology for public health care and treatment effectiveness.
